Bridgestone’s global organizational structure is divided into four regions. One of them is Bridgestone Americas Inc., to which the Bridgestone Latin America North business unit belongs, formed in 2015 and which integrates operations of Mexico, Costa Rica, Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia and Ecuador. Its Executive Committee serves as the main governing body for the company’s decision-making and management of its social, environmental, economic, and ethics issues. This governing body is comprised of executive and managerial positions who are responsible for controlling and promoting the organization’s sustainable performance in line with the vision established by Bridgestone Americas and Bridgestone Japan.

The directors report directly to Bridgestone Americas and/or their national headquarters, use the same international quality systems and standards to institute, and integrate the operations, while also ensuring compliance with the regulations applicable to each country where Bridgestone operates.
